Andy Harvey is a leader with over 20 years of experience in military and law enforcement. He is also a Certified Public Manager, a Leadership Coach, and a Speaker, who shares his insights and expertise on various topics related to leadership, policing, and public service.


Andy has a proven track record of implementing innovative and effective programs and policies that have improved the safety, well-being, and quality of life of the communities he served. As the Chief of Police in Palestine and Pharr, he introduced the Mental Health Unit, the Chief's Clergy Coalition, the Social Contract, and other initiatives that fostered collaboration, trust, and accountability among law enforcement and the public. He also held various commanding roles in the Dallas Police Department and the Air Force, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and received numerous honors and awards.
