After a violent altercation with a New York City councilman tied to the mob, Jimmy O’Neil is forced to flee to Texas, leaving behind his old life—and a deadly contract on his head. With Carmine Cappelletti, the powerful boss of the five families, out for blood, Jimmy must rebuild from the ground up.


In his new home, Jimmy teams up with his old friend Vito Cappelletti and the tough, street-smart Babs from Brooklyn to launch a bounty hunting operation under the guise of a bail bonds business. But his past refuses to stay buried. As he recruits his team, tensions rise when Peter Cappelletti, a childhood friend, questions Jimmy’s choices, reminiscing about their days hijacking merchandise trucks.


Meanwhile, NYPD Captain Chris Camboni offers his own take on how Jimmy should run his new business, while Kenny Cable—a relative of one of Jimmy’s former clients—gets pulled into the mix.


With shadowy figures watching his every move and whispers of surveillance around his office, Jimmy must navigate a dangerous game of survival. As old enemies and new alliances collide, the lines between business and betrayal blur, leaving Jimmy to wonder—can he truly escape the past, or will it catch up to him in the heart of Texas?
