LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION IS NOT FOUND MERELY IN AN ABUNDANCE OF MEANINGLESS WORDS

It seems silly to say, an abundance of words is not communication. Clear meaning, expressed intent, articulated purpose, defined mission, and a worthwhile cause might be the reason for communicating but adding superfluous words to a monologue does not inherently make it make sense. 


Clear concise communication must remain the leaders primary objective. In other words: Be brief. Be bright. Be gone.
