A leader is an action taker. When the world is falling apart, your neighbors are in need, and you can do anything at all, YOU MUST. Certainly, you cannot solve every problem, you cannot heal every wound, you cannot help everyone and that’s ok. What you cannot do is NOTHING. As a leader you must lead by example and that begins with doing something positive and hope filled. Even when the action you take is small and easily overlooked, to do nothing is the only failure.
