(h) To approve an expenditure for management of the Plano Mayor's Summer Internship Program for a one (1) year contract in the amount of $100,000, up to $150,000 if certain fundraising tiers are accomplished, from Amber Zuckerman; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.

6.ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION:
(1) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance to designate a certain area within the City of Plano as Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number Five of the City of Plano, Texas; establishing the boundaries of such zone; creating a board of directors for said reinvestment zone, and other matters related thereto; providing a repealer clause; a severability clause; and an effective date.
(2) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Subdivision Ordinance Amendment 2023-004 to amend Article I (General Provisions), Article III (Platting Procedures), and Article VII (Replatting Procedures) of the Subdivision Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2017-11-4, as heretofore amended, to clarify the platting procedures for properties that receive zoning variances for minimum yards; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.  (3) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2023-027 to amend Article 16 (Parking and Loading) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, to modify off-street parking requirements; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.  (4) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2023-020 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-124-Neighborhood Office on 7.1 acres of land located on the east side of Independence Parkway, 810 feet north of 15th Street in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas to modify development standards; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (5) Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2023-026 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 7 for New Vehicle Dealer on 5.4 acres of land located at the southwest corner of Tennyson Parkway and Dallas Parkway in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Commercial Employment, directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. (6) Consideration to approve an expenditure for legislative consulting services to pursue passage of legislation authorizing the City of Plano to engage in Qualified Hotel Projects for an initial eighteen-month term with one (1) twenty-four (24) month City optional renewal in the amount of $126,300 from BTA Professional Service, LLC; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
