Phil is currently serving in the Utah State Legislature Prior to that, he served as a San Juan County Commissioner. He is a CPA by profession and has had his own firm in Blanding since 1991. That firm has been instrumental in starting some great companies in San Juan County and has big plans for more business development in the area.
As a commissioner, Phil took a stand against the environmentalists and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) who were harming his county. He was maliciously prosecuted and ultimately spent time in jail. Those close to the situation recognized Lyman's conviction to fight against the blatant abuses of the federal agencies. He received a Presidential Pardon from President Donald J. Trump in December of 2020.
The Declaration of Military Accountability is sweeping across the country and garnering support from inside the military and throughout we the people. Military tribunals are coming and with it, accountability. CDR Robert Green joins me to explain.
