In today's daily truth, I was running on the treadmill and I tried something different today. Don't look down, don't observe the distance... see what that does and I had an epiphany when it came to life. We have to set goals, focus on the goal, but observe the progress along the way to make adjustments. Otherwise it seems like the goal never comes.
