TDT71M-Truth is... the soundtrack of Rocky is also the soundtrack of my life - The Daily Truth

In today's daily truth I'm going to talk about my run yesterday playing a playlist and compilation of Rocky music that came through my ear buds that was not only motivational, but humbling from a memory perspective. It's like in this three mile run my whole life flashed before me, all the memories, feelings, inspiration, loss. I thought about the mortality of all the actors in it, and thus my own mortality. Therapeutic, sad, inspirational. For me, it's Rocky.
What is it for you?
I feel like MOST of us have a series of movies that hit us over the head with a sledge hammer and take us through all the windows of our life. What can you learn from it. Time is short? Do something that makes you happy? Be more present? What is it?
