And trust doesn’t always feel good in the moment.
Sometimes it comes with tension.
Sometimes it comes with rejection.
But in the end?
It’s what makes your presence POWERFUL.
People who are liked are convenient.
People who are trusted are transformational.
And if you’re brave enough to speak truth—especially when it’s uncomfortable—
You become essential.

Don’t chase approval. Chase alignment.
Because truth might cost you being loved by the crowd…
But it’ll earn you the respect of the few who matter most.
