Ginger Russell is a Republican Precinct Chair in Montgomery County. She joined Mary Lowe and Lynn Davenport of Families Engaged to discuss her previous work exposing CSCOPE and now her work on exposing UNESCO aligned and defined Open Educational Resources in Texas education under $2.44B House Bill 1605.

Ginger successfully passed a resolution at her Montgomery County Executive Committee on 7/23/24 to reject OER and UNESCO’s global education agenda.
