John Chester’s 30 years of experience in the psych setting started in the late ‘70 with his five month admission for depression. After that, he furthered his education and attended college for a degree in Music Therapy then seminary. With learned empathy, returned to the psych field to work as a Faith Based Director, Life Coach Music Therapist and Pet Therapist.
He is the host of the popular TV Show and podcast, “The Power of Positive Playlist” which spawned a #1 Best Selling book by the same name.
As a frequent guest on local and national shows and conferences, he’s developed an insightful, funny yet direct way to connect with listeners on a variety of Health and Wellness issues, social health and Mental Hygiene practices.
